  Called that morning came out same day. Since I was at work they would call and give me an update. Very friendly and efficient. Would definitely use and recommend them.

  Michael is a superior technician for the Bosworth Company. He is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. He explained what was happening and wrote up two possibilities for fixing our problem. We were fortunate that Michael was sent to us.

  My A/C was not blowing cool, and it was a very hot day. I called Bosworth and they had someone out here within 30 minutes, and fixed my issue, can't thank this company enough, for there fast response and excellent service.

  Our AC was frozen on ON at 9:30 at night, Bryan came out exactly at the time he told us and was awesome! He fixed everything! Bosworth is the only company we call!!

  Only reason I posted this review is because today, a week later, I received a request from the Bosworth Company. How did we do? With a link Asking me to post a review. Ok so here it goes. It was impossible to get an appointment. I called early in the morning. I spent 10 minutes explaining the problem. Only to be told someone would call me back to make the appt. No one ever did. 2 days later I called back. I was left on hold forever. Finally I was transferred to customer service rep. I spent another 10 minutes describing the situation. She called me back. I missed her call so I called back, she wasn’t there and after insisting, I was sent to a “dispatcher” and I was told a plumber would call me back to schedule an appt. No one called me. I posted something about this on FB and what a coincidence finally a plumber called me late in the evening. He said he was not available next day, but he would send someone out there the next day. Some one finally went, 2 guys and a young boy came on Thursday. They looked and said they would call with an estimate. No one ever called back. On Saturday I had another plumber from another company show up at 9am. Right there on the spot gave me a $ estimate, I accepted and by 1pm the work was done! It was major! All the pipes behind the wall had to be replaced. Bosworth wasted so much of my time with the ridiculous time wasting system they have in place in answering the phone. Reception, customer service, and dispatch before getting to the plumber. It literally took 3-4 days getting someone to my house oh but “they don’t charge for after hour visits” … if it even happens. Here are some pictures of the work actually done by another plumbing company. Oh and by the way, the new plumber came with a handyman to patch up the wall and even reinstall the ceramic tile. They came ready to work!
