- MWMountain man weeksJan 30, 20262.0One of the lady's and the guy at the counter are not very well educated at looking up parts or knowing products in person and over phone. I think having someone with at least having knowledge of the trades and terminology would be a better fit for a company that helps up front. Probably put them in the back to get familiar with the parts names and the terminology befor heading up the front of house. This has happened to me in person and over phone on several occasions. It's kind of frustrating and that leads me to make Ferguson my last resort to find the correct product. Just a thought.
- CCChad CarringtonJul 21, 20251.0I purchased a water heater from them 3 years ago and it went out Friday night. With a family of 7 it's difficult to go the whole weekend with no hot water. They do not take service calls, and so I replaced it myself thinking they would honor the warranty on Monday morning and reimburse me for the heater I purchased over the weekend since they were not open. They do not offer credit or reimbursement for this. Bottom line: Make sure the costs incurred with Fergusons defective equipment they supply only occurs during their business hours unless you want to wait all weekend or whenever is convenient for them to address your problem with their equipment. Will never use them again
