They do not take service calls, and so I replaced it myself thinking they would honor the warranty on Monday morning and reimburse me for the heater I purchased over the weekend since they were not open. They do not offer credit or reimbursement for this. Bottom line: Make sure the costs incurred with Fergusons defective equipment they supply only occurs during their business hours unless you want to wait all weekend or whenever is convenient for them to address your problem with their equipment. Will never use them again
