Our AC ended up having the wiring left on the outside of the cover. It wasn’t like this when he started, I didn’t expect it to end up like this. (I am not the SME but) it doesn’t seem the correct way to go about this repair.

I have used this company several times and they have always done good work and have been very reasonable. I called them to replace a water heater today and they came out and did it, and did good work. The technician told me when they got here that it would probably be around $1200 or $1300. When they finished he presented me with a $2000 dollar invoice. I questioned it and he said he would have his supervisor call me, which he did. I explained what I was told by the technician and the supervisor basically told me that his technician "would not have quoted it at that price" and asked if I was refusing to pay the invoice.....and then also stated that $1200 wouldn't even cover the cost of the 50 gallon electric water heater that they installed... They did take off their "helper fee" and it was $1901 instead. I am not a liar and you shouldn't question your customer's integrity. Your technician did tell me that price range when they got here or I wouldn't have let them do the work. Definitely learned a lesson today. Thanks for that.
