I have used them in the past, but more recently (yesterday) Christian and his helper cam to fix my shower fixture and flush my water heater. They were both very friendly, courteous and professional. Christian answered all my questions and explained the job in full detail. He estimated the job would take 2-3 hours depending on any issues foreseen getting the shower faucet removed. Christian lucked out and was able to complete all tasks in under an hour, saving me money.
