The pressure gauge read 0. He stated the gauge was faulty and left. The gauge read zero because the water was off at the wall. He didn't check. When the water turned on at the wall, it went everywhere. This was less than 5 minutes after he left. He wanted to return later that night. They already rescheduled from previous days due to being too busy. They are courteous but don't think things through.
