- JTJon TravlandJan 29, 20265.0Jack the salesman went out of his way to make sure I got the best service I could find. The construction crews that came to my house were very respectful of my wife and kids. Bothe crews cleaned up after themselves. And even picked up after other contractors I had working at that house. Jack also called after the ice storm on 1/24/26. To make sure all was good. Charles Terry construction never pressured me into products that I did not want or need The first few photos are of the finished product and the last few are what my house look like before they started the job
- SSSladeAug 5, 20255.0Charles Terry is one heck of a guy him and his dog top-notch. You can’t get no better and you can’t find a more down to earth person. I recommend him to anybody. He eats the eggs and not the chicken. If you know what that means then you know he’s a family man He’s down to earth and I love this guy. I would give him 10 stars if I had the chance.

- DHDelton HolcombeApr 22, 20165.0I had a leaky roof for years in my office. I called several different roofers, some would go on the roof, splash on some tar looking substance and charge. When it rained and still leaked they would come back and do the same again. Another came, looked at the roof and said it was the foundation. I called foundation people and paid them several thousand to repair a sag in the foundation. Still leaked! Several other roofers looked at the roof and said there was nothing wrong with the roof. Finally I called Charles Terry. He came by and within a few minutes found there was a problem. He sent his team out and in the process they found a major problem with the way the roofing job was done when the house was built 9 years earlier. They corrected the problem It has been 9 months now and still no leaks If you have roofing problems, save yourself some money, lots of it, and call Charles Terry Roofing. He does not stop till the problems are corrected!! Thank you Mr. Terry
