The house seems well made and came with all the appliances. John from the construction side was also super friendly and very receptive to the requests we made prior to closing. The neighborhood feels safe and full of nice people. We're very excited to be joining this community!
- SRSelam RufaelOct 9, 20251.0Warnings!!! 🩸,One thing I regret buying a house here in Meadow community, 2 minutes away there is a landfill (garbage and trash from Plano, McKinney, Fresco, Allen and more Collin Counties dump their garbage here and Mellisa signed a contract until 2060). The smell is horrible and unbearable and always there and dangerous for our family health. Due to this the house prices will drop and in long run our kids will develop dangerous health issues. I just want people to know before you get trapped like my family. I wish they relocate the landfill, but they will not due to the contact. God bless you all. The quality of the house are also very cheap. It will start to break down with in 2 years. That is what happing in our house.
