- FFFendr1962Mar 25, 20264.0I have to give a big shout out to Johnny! I had been to three of the big box stores to find my shower Ceramic Disc Cartridge Replacements. I was told Ferguson would have the part. So going there was my last hope of getting my shower back up and working in a relative short time. I check the on the wall for the part I needed. I did not see it. I waited and finally was able to approach the counter to inquire if they had the part which I had in my hand. Without even looking at the part he said to check over on the wall. And if it wasn’t there I would have to contact the mfg. so just to be sure I went to the wall to check again. Nope not there. Then Johnny came over and asked if I needed any help. He took my part and examined it. He did not see a direct replacement. But he found one on the wall that he said would work. But then he took the part over to a chart on the wall. After a few minutes he went over to his computer and just like that he came up with the exact replacement at one of the big box stores. I was so relieved. I went in line in received the parts the next day. Now that is what I call customer service! I will gladly recommend Johnny to anyone needing plumbing parts. I appreciate everything he did to help get my issue resolved. Thank you Johnny!!!! Johnny gets 5 stars but I took off one star for the first guy who sluffed me off because he couldn’t be bothered.

They bank on your employees coming in to buy materials not knowing any better and they take advantage of you. Highly highly do not recommend this place with its new management. This branch will be out of business in 2 years.
