The team wasn’t aware of how to properly re-wire my septic pump from the external control box and was wiring it incorrectly, without the on/off float switch in-line, possibly causing pump to run constantly. The team was not reviewing the paper electrical diagram that they had seen before they began connecting the wires. When I saw that the way it was being wired by the team I asked them to stop to allow me to introduce more info. They stopped, I shared the reason I didn’t want them to connect how they planned. They understood and completed the wiring as discussed. Otherwise, the replacement of wire, wire nuts, liquid-tight, PVC conduit was completed correctly. The control box was from 1990 and I believe the team had not experienced this type of controller before.

The office explained what to expect during the appointment and that an estimate would be provided before any work started. Zac, the technician, was wonderful a nice guy who really cares about his customers! He's very knowledgeable and provided great solutions. A detail estimate was provided and parts ordered and he was back within three days for the installation of upgraded house up lights and landscaping bed lights. It's amazing how the upgrade has added to my curb appeal. Zac also did some troubleshooting on a light switch that had been tripping and installed a new one. I highly recommend Wellott Electric and Zac. I will definitely use them again!
