I don’t blame the person at the counter — the counter folks are great — I blame Trane management. I spoke with the branch manager and he said that he’s busy in the back and that we contractors need to be patient. I feel as if my time as a licensed contractor is not valued in that Trane believes it’s OK for me to stand in line 45 minutes to be serviced. That’s unacceptable. I will go out of my way to not deal with Trane.
