The sales team was great and the install crew was amazingly flexible as we were living in the house during our remodel. Fast forward to 2025. Time to get flooring for the new shop we built. I did not even consider other flooring stores. Back to Dungan’s. Worked through product constraints and got my flooring installed on schedule. I appreciate the effort and attention to detail. Install team worked around my schedule, and knocked it out quicker that expected.

The selection of available samples to look at was many times that of big box stores, and is well worth the trip to the store for anyone looking for quality tile. Furthermore, service was excellent, particularly because I had to return some tile which technically was not returnable. Service was again excellent when I came up a bit short and had to order a nonstandard additional amount. I’m delighted that Dugans Floors exist and intend to use them again soon for a flooring project I’m going to un Call dertake.
