  We got six bids for carpet replacement. EFS was not quite the lowest, but they were by far the most competitive overall bid (based on quality, competency and price). Erik completely understood the look we were going for and the quality we needed, and provided great options for all aspects of the job (carpet, padding, scheduling and installation). For those serious about going with EFS, we agreed to provide 50% down for the purchase of the carpet. The installation team showed up on time and ready to go. We had cleared most of the space except the furniture, and they efficiently moved room to room with the installation. The carpet looks great, the 8 lb density padding was absolutely worth the extra cost, and we are very happy with the entire experience.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Erik was very nice helping us educate about wood flooring and make a right selection. He was extremely patient as we were trying to decide which one to get and let us take samples home multiple times. Installation was also a breeze. Jose and Pedro did amazing job and were got the job done on time.
