  Arthur Ferguson did a fantastic job today! I really appreciate the professionalism, and I appreciate that he pointed out a potential problem that did not need to be fixed yet but might lead to a problem later. I got it fixed because so trust Benjamin Franklin Plumbers to advise about problems and suggest solutions while not trying to “upsell” for services I don’t need. Thanks!

  Not only did they fix what I asked for but they also pointed out a ton of issues that my inspectors missed. I can now have them fixed under home warranty before they become more serious. I appreciate them going above and beyond.

  Job started with a simple $79.00 trip charge for a drain cleanout. The work would be extra. There was not a cleanout access point, and he would/could not get on the roof, so he scheduled the next day to open the wall, cut the vent stack and do the cleanout that way. Estimate was about $900 to do that and change out additional plumbing that was not really necessary, but I booked it. He ran a small snake down the line and kept "hitting" something. so he got a camera and show me a "collapsed elbow". I couldn't tell anything from the video. He said they needed to tunnel under the house to get to the elbow -$9,000+. I stopped the work and requested he put everything back like he found it. He had cut fresh water lines and additional drain lines, even after I told him to find the problem first, so all this had to be repaired. $900 later and I still have a clogged pipe. I got my handlyman to come out with a rented roto rooter and he cut the small tree roots in the line and got it going again. He then replaced all the damaged plumbing caused by the BF Plumber. Just the roto rooter would have cost me about $300, but with all the repair work, it was $1,600 to get the rest of it replaced and working properly.
