  We've bought multiple new builds from 3 different builders. Ashton Woods stands out as our first time building with a higher-end builder and we've been happy with the experience overall. Working with Noriko Cooper has been a pleasure- from the moment we met her at the model, we felt welcome. She was always very responsive to any and all questions we had. She even helped follow up with several concerns we brought up that were technically outside her scope but she was able to elevate our concerns and assist with resolutions. We felt that we meant more to her than a sale- she has followed through even after closing to check in on us. Robby Chavez has also been our favorite construction manager we've worked with. We know it's tough to juggle multiple projects and we were impressed at Robby's follow-through and genuine interest in making sure we were pleased. Of course there have been hiccups, but Ashton Woods has been very professional and we have felt heard and respected throughout the process. If we ever have the opportunity, we would definitely build again with Ashton Woods.

  I just purchased my first Ashton Woods house from Noriko Cooper. Noriko is so warm, caring, professional and knowledgeable. If you want an HONEST and transparent person handling your new home sale, it would be Noriko! She communicated and walked through the entire process with me. Noriko provided tips and reminders in a clear and concise manner. If you want the VIP experience when purchasing a new home, see Noriko and Ashton Woods at Aster Park!!!

  We had a great experience working with Noriko Cooper at Ashton Woods in Aster Park. From the beginning, she made my wife and me feel super comfortable and taken care of. She really walked us through everything step by step and made sure we understood what was going on the whole time. She’s very passionate about what she does, and you can tell. She kept us in the loop, stayed on top of everything, and was always available whenever we had questions. Nothing ever felt confusing because she took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense. We also came by a lot… like a lot a lot 😅 and every single time she welcomed us with the same energy and kindness. At a certain point it felt like we should’ve just had our own chairs in the office. Honestly, she treated us like family, which made the whole process feel a lot smoother and less stressful. The homes are beautiful too, and the location is really nice. I think a lot of people are going to love living there. Definitely appreciate everything she did for us and I’d recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
