Contacted 2 different plumbing companies to come and both rescheduled for the next day. I called Icon Plumbing,talked to Condy and told him my issue and he came out that night and installed a pressure regulator. Will i use them again if needed...HELL YEAH. It's not often you get this kind of customer service anymore and he has my business.
- TPTee PMar 29, 20265.0Totally my bad, life got busy and I forgot to review! I gave a five out of five and if I could give higher, i would have. Condy's team was amazing! Bear in mind, we discovered a leak under our foundation the week temps dropped dramatically below freezing and water pipes were freezing everywhere in our area. Fortunately, we turned our water off at the curb, so we did not have to worry during this period, but I was hearing problems were cropping up all around us. Not only did Condy's team give a quote and set a schedule, he kept to it even with all the increased business that must have been coming his way like crazy that week. They were friendly, professional and timely. Kept us informed of pertinent info and nailed the work time to get water back on and kept to the quote perfectly. They even took time to work in another quote for us on another job that was not critical, but was extremely helpful for us. Finished up with us and ended up working on the next door neighbor's house just after. Two jobs done, flawless work and I will definitely call again if we need work and would recommend to anyone looking for excellence and professionalism in a plumbing situation.
