  We recently worked with Merge Windows and Doors out of Johnson County, Texas on a personal project for the owners of Impact Plaster and Masonry, LLC in Grand Prairie, TX, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The Merge team was professional, knowledgeable, and completely customer‑ready at every step of the process. The windows and doors they supplied are beautiful, and their support—from initial questions to final installation—was clear, timely, and genuinely helpful. Both our office and the homeowners were impressed with their communication, attention to detail, and follow‑through.   Visit the show room last Friday (01/31/25) and had a great conversation with Charles Finney regarding the window / door budget need during this my pre-con design phase of my house. Charles was super helpful and sent to me all information I asked for. Definitely will keep you guys in serious consideration after I complete the home design with my architect.
