It was the intake that was leaking. Travis took care of the problem by changing out the galvanized pipe with copper and he also changed out the line that went from the tank to the house. He stayed until he had the water pressure back up and running. I was very pleased with the service. Nick also took care of some specific issues I needed addressed in the full-size bathroom and an automatic cut-off valve for the water heater. All I can say about this plumbing company is that I plan on being a return customer when it comes to fast, courteous service and pricing that I can afford.

This would need to be located and repaired before closing date. Jesse Galindo was willing to make our situation a priority and even work over the holiday weekend to fix this problem in time so we could close on our home on Monday. I would NEVER have expected anyone to go so out of their way to help us out in this way. Jesse went above and beyond, I will highly recommend him to anybody who needs a plumbing job done. He was super professional and kept us informed with photos/videos of the work being done every step of the way.
