We want to give a huge shoutout to Alexis D’Hondt- she is amazingly knowledgeable and has helped us every step of our home buying process! She never made us feel like we were NEVER left in the dark, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us find our next home! Marcus, the superintendent, is also fantastic! He did a great walk throughs with us and addressed all our concerns. We feel like we’re in great hands with Richmond America at Carillon! Finally, the homes we toured and bought are so well built, we love all the high ceilings and small attentions to detail. Highly recommend!

A few of them have been addressed after we kept calling and texting on daily basis. Aside from that we have dealt with a major electrical issue that has not been addressed for over 6 months. We have contacted the subcontractor company who did the work and they have advised that they need the directive from Richmond and that Richmond has not submitted anything to them. Despite us submitting it to Richmond in numerous of occasions. I feel sick to my stomach on trying to deal with their warranty department. Every other side of this company has been great and dealing with this has been a major let down that we have been considering other solutions. Please keep this in mind when purchasing a home with them.

Both sales guys are so informative and took the time to explain everything. I had an opportunity to meet the construction manager and he impressed me with the pride he has in his work.
