- SPSamantha PruittJan 28, 20251.0Hi, This is Brenda Dawkins. I’ve had this company for many many many years. I had no problem of them picking up my trash and the new people that took over will not take both of my trash I called in and they said they’ll pick it up next week when they didn’t pick it up so I called them and new people took over and they won’t pick the other can up. They only allowed five trash bags so I called total sanitation they allow eight trash bags seven dollars cheaper

Paid ahead and because I had no idea the rates went up I get hit with a balance forward of $8.00 and charged a $5.00 late fee. Was told they don't have time to let customers know ahead. It is not about the increase. I totally understand that. It is about attitude towards the customer.
