  I have had them for a while with no problem then 3 weeks ago they started only picking up half my trash. I only have 2 cans. Tired to call them and no answer so I left several messages to call me back. No one ever called. I called again this morning and they said they only pick up 5 bags a week. That would be what I had. Some where little white bags so it would take several of those to make one big black bag Why didn't someone call and tell me so we could have taken care of this. Of course no answer. So I cancelled. Her and the trash guy are very rude! What happened to customer service?

  Have been paying for service for 2 years they haven’t picked up trash in months and refuse to pick up what we have already paid for. When we called up there to find out why we haven’t received service that we have paid for. Kathy didn’t want to take to time to find a resolution and told us to find another service other phone calls ended with her picking up the phone and hanging up. Such true professionals, to get paid for a service they don’t provide.
