  I do the maintenance and landscaping for this community and it's always a nice active neighborhood..very clean and quiet. Our company recently built a new park here in the back of the neighborhood where they are developing the new houses and section. Come check it out

  I would not purchase another Gehan homes. I have held off on writing this review for over 5 months in an attempt to allow Gehan to rectify their issues. I bought my home in March of 2022. Horrible customer service - 1.) We still have items that were supposed to be rectified pre-closing (written up on closing documents) that are still not completed after 5 months. 2.) Warranty items that were turned in after 60 days are still not completed, 3 months after they were reported. 3.) There have been 2 water leaks due to poor construction. The first was in May and the second in June. Water damage hasn't been repaired in either case. 4.) When Gehan does schedule repairs, they send 1 contractor at a time and don't schedule multiple jobs on the same day. On almost every job, the contractor has had to return due to not coming prepared. I have had to stay at home from work with contractors about 10 days. 5.) I have asked to speak to the supervisor of the customer service rep at least 4 times. Gehan will not provide the supervisors number, nor will the supervisor call me back. 6.) I have second floor window that has cracked. The crack started at the edge of the window, propagated about 1 inch at which point I noticed it and showed it to the Gehan homes customer representative. It is extremely obvious that the crack is either the result of a faulty window or improper installation. Gehan homes has said they won't stand behind their work and won't fix it.

  We worked with Jeff to possibly buy a new home. He is very professional and was very helpful while we were asking multiple questions. Jeff was able to answer all of the questions we asked. We ultimately decided to purchase another home as we needed the property for our family. Thank you Jeff for the great work that you did. God Bless and have a great day.

  My family is looking at new home builders and noted Gehan in the location we have interest in. Homes look to be of high quality and the prices seem reasonable. The largest challenge is with the sales people who lack knowledge of the their homes, upgrades, etc and worse lack any urgency to respond back to questions. After visiting them a couple weeks back and still not receiving a response to our questions, we crossed them off our list and will work with home builders who are more eager for our business. Might be a missed opportunity but we don’t want to beg people to allow us to spend our money with them. I feel if you can get good service from them, the home would be of high quality. We simply will not know. UPDATE: Upon posting this, the builder reached out to me almost instantly to discuss our experience. I responded back same day to share details but have yet to hear back from them. This is simply an illustration of how their responsiveness is slow and a contributing factor to us moving on.
