  Aaron at M&M Water Well LLC did a great job and was very helpful explaining the system and answering my questions. I appreciate the good service and would recommend him to anyone needing water well work.

  I would have given a Zero. 9 months ago I hired M&M to install a water well in Grimes County. Very personable in the beginning. Couldn’t get the pricing estimates correct. Original price was close to $23,000.00. After paying the agreed $17,000.00, 225 feet deep, Grey Sulfur water, the personal touch ended. I wish I could add photos. When I asked Mr. Star face to face, if they could return my land (Leveling/fill in trenches) to where it was at the beginning, I was told by Mr. Star that his men are not Landscapers. I realized then I had made a mistake hiring M&M. Today 5 Feb 26 I went to turn my well on and it had burst from the freeze. My electric box (on the ground) and pump are exactly where they left it June 25. Again, wish I could share photos. Today, I was offered an estimate service call at $125 advance pay and return next week for repairs. I called the manufacturer and they gave me a link for the required repair part from the exact photo that was sent to M&M. 1. I paid too much for poor install and repair service work. 2. M&M photos displayed on website are totally inaccurate to my photos. 3. Disgusting that M&M treats a 28 year Veteran and anyone else with low quality service. Again, I wish I could add email correspondence and photos. Advice to all. Do more Research and you will learn that M&M is overpriced, overrated and unprofessional. Veterans do not Call M&M for service. God Bless

  THE BEST COMPANY AROUND!!! They did a great job!!! The technician Aaron knows his job!!! Right away he knew what’s going on and suggested what I need. He is so professional and nice. This is the only company I will be using now on!

  Had a new water well installed at a weekend property two hours from our home. From the first contact until yesterday”s, completion, all work and contact was timely and professional. They remained in contact with us at every stage, so we could be at the property as often as possible when they were working. The bid was quite competitive, and all components were well explained. The workmen were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. A family member in the building industry also mentioned to us that when checking state required reporting, M&M was completely compliant unlike another bidder. This gave us even more confidence that we had chosen the right company.
