  SETX Texas Roofing Pros did an outstanding job on my roof replacement in Orange Texas. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand. They walked me through my options and recommended a Class IV impact resistant shingle, which I felt was a great upgrade for durability and long-term value. The installation crew was fast, efficient, on time and very respectful of my property. They kept everything clean throughout the project and completed the job on schedule. They installed a full GAF roofing system that includes a wind storm warranty that includes no maximum windspeed and coverage for named storms. That is a huge piece of mind to me as a homeowner in Southeast Texas. The Stain Guard technology was another big plus for me as it will prevent the algae streaks that are so common in our area.   Excellent Service and Beautiful Results! We couldn’t be happier with our experience! The salesman was knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely easy to work with from start to finish. Our roof was completed in just one day and looks amazing. The crew was careful to protect our landscaping and left everything spotless when they were done. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend them!

  Bret and his crew are great! He is fast at responding and answering questions. He was very fair and clear in his pricing, we did not come across any unexpected fees or costs. He was able to work us in within the week and they finished the entire job in one day! The crew did an amazing job and cleaned up everything thoroughly. All of them were super friendly. Great company and great customer service! Will definitely be looking forward to working with them in the future! The roof looks amazing. Thank you Bret!

  Cody, from SETX ROOFING PROS, delivered on all promises. The teams that came out to replace our roof and add gutters were fast and kept the area super clean. From the very first call to the final inspection, Cody was present and available for any concerns.

  I knew it was time to replace the roof on my home but I didn't know who to call. Then I heard Steve on the radio talking about his company SETX Roofing Pros and the products they use, their commitment to stand behind their products and workmanship. So I called Steve and he sent Bret out to inspect my roof & go over all my options. The following week Bret and the crew showed up to start the job. A few hours later when the new shingles were being installed I walked around and noticed some things were not being done as I was told they would be, so I called Bret and told him I was not happy about what was being done and he took the appropriate action to fix the issues I was seeing. I also got a call from Cody the general manager and he expressed his concerns that things hadn't started off the right way and assured me that it was unacceptable and the issues would be fixed to my satisfaction, and they were. I also received a call from Steve to make sure I was satisfied and assured me that his company stands behind their work if anything was to come up. It was a pleasure to do business with a company that takes pride in the work they do and cares about doing the right thing the right way for their customers. Even when mistakes are made that may cost them extra. Its not very often anymore you deal with a business that honors their word and acts with integrity. That's why I gave them the 5 star rating and would definitely recommend their services if you need a new roof. Good job guys.
