Josh called back within a few minutes and was here to look at it by 10:00 am that same morning. Very professional and he got back to me the next day with a quote and schedule. I didn't wait around for the other bids to come in. This was just a good fit! They arrived on schedule and their crew of 5 worked diligently for 4 days and completed the job solid and secure in a very tight space, without doing any damage across the property line. And the materials they used were massive! Not the stuff you get at Lowe's. We are very excited about the finished product lasting years and years!! See before and after photos attached. I'm from Lake Charles, Louisiana, where the 2 hurricanes hit back to back. Its. Almost hurricane season again and we are still not together, we can't get the workmen to show up! I tell you this so when I tell you how fantastic these men are you believe me. Not only did they give me a estimate but an accurate one. They came on the very day they said they would, at the precise time ready right then to work! As if this is not miraculous enough, the boss was very, very nice. He continually kept me informed of every little sound or the ups and downs of the leveling. He kept me informed about everything. And a lifetime grantee!!! Y'all in this area really don't know what a gem Y'all have. I will use this company for every service they offer. I wish they were here in Lake Charles....A company that does what they say when they say it!! I almost cried. They did it all in one day, yet another miracle. Please if you need ANY of their services don't just consider them, Do it use them. You won't be sorry!!
