They charged: 89.00/trip charge 89.00/diagnostic fee 293.00/ for "leak search" They were here barely an hour, did not fix anything, bill of $471, absolutely did NOT quote any charges or permissions before handing me a bill. Then after had me sign for it. So, unethical, I actually do not know how these people can live with themselves. I am going to be honest, Lufkin in general is a HORRIBLE town to get honest repairs done. The business model is one and done. IF everything they go into someone's house they charge $500, what actual work do they need to do??? Bentley's is no exception. There is TERRIBLE price fixing and gouging in this town. Especially with regards to hvac and plumbing.

Very friendly and polite throughout the whole service and cleaned up everything so that I didn’t even know they had been here. My ac is working great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service. I had called out other ac companies for bids also but I did not feel comfortable their knowledge or the people they employed. Bentleys was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
