  I’ve never given a bad review before, but I wouldn’t even give one star for this company. This is our fourth kinetico water system we’ve purchased—the others were in Houston area. We have had issue after issue with Kinetico of West Texas. There were obnoxious delays, communication and scheduling issues, not showing up (we even delayed our work trips and travel to wait on them) etc. Each time they came out, they forgot something and had to come back. It is also significantly more expensive than the same systems we purchased in Houston. The installation drug on for weeks. The worst part is, when they finally came to install our RO system (for the third time), the technicians didn’t have all the parts they needed and left it half installed and we can’t use our sink until Monday (It’s Friday afternoon). I’m tired of calling the office. Hopefully someone from management will call me to rectify. Until then, find another company.

  Absolutely horrible with scheduling service. They will schedule your appointment between 8 and 5. So be sure to take off a full day of work for a 5 minute service call. They will take your money and run and then make it impossible to cancel. Don’t recommend them to anyone or anyone you like.

  I won’t waste your time with a novel of my experience with this company. Go with Culligan (which I regret not going back with them, never had any issues with Culligan. I just wanted to try a different “better system”) DO NOT USE KINETICO!!! SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY!!

  I received great service from Ethan Luck. He is a true professional. He fixed my water problem and explained how to avoid it in the future. I appreciated his respectful advice and help. I am editing my review to warn customers that although I live ten minutes from the store and the service call lasted about 20 minutes on my RO system with advice on how to adjust one screw on a new filter that I had already paid over $200 for, I was charged $242 for the service call. I was not told about the exorbitant fee up front and did not receive a bill. Just a phone call a month later saying I was overdue. I called and was told that is the standard service call price and you pay that even if you come in to get the advice. Once you buy their system, you are at their mercy for filter changes and exorbitant prices. So while I stand by my review of Ethan, I cannot recommend our local Keneco as a company.

  I order my system in dec they said should have it by the 2nd week in jan. I called they said waiting in parts. Call close to Feb said waiting in parts. Call again in Feb they got the parts and came and installed. Tracked mud in the house. Did not test the water system like they said they would. Did not put cover over softener like they said they was. Called them on that they said the cover was on back order. They would have it put in by end of week. Two weeks later I had to call again they said the just got them in and will be there weds the next week to put in. Guess what a no show. Called again talk to someone that said was the manager. Said they tech could not get all done that day. Rescheduled for the following Tuesday. They came out less then 15 mins in the alley way put cover on and left not even coming to door. Still not have water tested after the put system in. Not happy at all! No good at communication. Lies lies lies.
