Day of appt, husband home in wheelchair to help make financial decisions: no show. I called 12 minutes after the hour. What happened? Ohhh, they didn't dispatch anyone (or call me to cancel) because--although the co. had scheduled a NO INSURANCE, YES, I UNDERSTAND, appt--their paperwork was marked VA insurance. And they don't work with that.

I truly believe the people I worked with did everything to ensure I was taken care of. They called every step of the way to ensure everything was going as planned. The installer even told me to say the job was not done so he could come back with more caulk the next day to fill the outside of the windows. They beat the competitors price after a competitors price beat theirs. I have not had and any issues with the windows and they have called multiple times to ensure everything was good.
