  Laughable professionalism. Took 5 years to address my valid concerns on the google review. Commenting on all of these reviews that "yeah, we did a poor job" without offers to make it right just show how little they care to actually provide quality service to their customers. Yes, I'll continue to share how poor a job was done because I was threatened by the owner and was scammed out of $$ and nothing was ever done to make up for that.

  Called for a hot water heater replacement, they were able to replace same day. When their tech arrived he did not bring a hose to empty out my old hot water tank, after they finally got it drained 4 hours later my garage was covered in residue from emptying out the tank. After replacement they bent the hoses and the drip pan where it looks like someone came after it with a hammer. After speaking to one of the managers he stated it was unacceptable and they would help get it fixed properly. After that they completely stopped communication and will not respond to any correspondence. Save yourself the hassle and get a business that looks out for their customers. Months later still no response. Company is extremely unprofessional. Have done nothing to make this right as of March 2025 almost 4 months later.

  sent them an email about someone spamming buy/sell groups, breaking the rules trying to advertise for free their multi thousand dollar company and have yet to receive a reply

  It's been said, "the human mind attaches to the negative 20 times easier than the positive." This is why it's so important to me to consciously give praise, where praise is due. I cannot speak more toward the quality and professionalism render by James Alonzo and staff at Leak-Tek Plumbing. My hot water went out during the cold weather, and I was close to a panic, since it was just me and my little one. Leak-Tek was referred to me via word-of-mouth, and I definitely believe them to be a God-send. James was very professional, from start to finish. He was very respectful of my time and crisis. He was able to replace a part on my hot water heater, allowing me time to save up for, what appears to be inevitable, getting a new water heater. I will be using James to replace my hot water heater in the future, when the times come. In the mean time, I pray God blesses him and his business! Keep up the great work, Leak-Tek!!!
