  I contacted Gas’s Tech for a quote on shower glass. Jessica took my call and set up an appointment for me to get the quote done, she fit me in for the next day! The next day promptly measurements were taken and a quote was sent to me the same evening! I accepted the quote and was told my glass would be ready in three weeks, the glass was ready sooner than expected, a week sooner to be exact! I was scheduled for an installation, the techs arrived at my residence and installed the glass! We are very happy with the results and especially the professionalism of this company! I highly recommend them for your needs! Thank you Melissa for expedient customer service!

  I am extremely disappointed in this company. I had lost a window during a hail storm a month back. I had them come out, figure out everything they needed and paid them half of the total cost of the repair. A week later I called and asked them when to expect the repair to take place. I was told my window would be on the next shipment and they would call me to schedule the repair. I waited a week and then called again. I was told again, my window would be on the next shipment and they would call me to schedule the repair. I waited another week and called a third time. Was told that the shipment should be either the next day or day after and they would call. Still no call, my wife called and they told her (after threatening to go to a different company) that my window was in and they would be out the next day (they said they had to move some other appointments around to fit us. So after 4 weeks of paying half the deposit. They finally came to fix my window. They fixed the window and came to talk to me after, I asked if I needed to clean up any glass that may have fallen either in my lawn or in my room, the employee said no he cleaned up everything. We walked into our room and outside and found large pieces of glass left over as well as blood on our window from the employee cutting himself. We also found large pieces glass in our driveway as well. Then this company has the absolute NERVE to demand the rest of the payment a week after the repair. After they put me through the ringer for 4 weeks. The rest of the deposit was due the 16th of July. They texted me on the 14th, asking me to pay the remaining balance. Then on the 15th I received an updated invoice that had a CHANGED DUE DATE for the 15th, instead of the 16th. This company is fully aware that the hail storm did a lot of damage in the area and a lot of people are waiting on insurance checks to pay for damages. My roofing company sent me an invoice that was due a month after they fixed my roof. But Glass Tech is so impatient and so unprofessional they put it a week out and then changed the due date on me. I will never be using this company again.

  I give order and paid full. They take wrong measures and they put short classes,I was able to see outside from the edge the glasses ,rain was coming in,schedule again .Make 6-7 months. They say sorry order and measure again and ,his worker was making replacement he did broke windows....schedule again 4-5 months. They take all windows measures again make corrections size replacement promises ,not make any broke my house. One day ,After 2-3 months ,I was not home they came my home and they said make some work . They said we are done all work . Today I checked again ,most my old windows screens,they didn’t put new.Some of them new They are not fit just fall and not hold. I paid full ,I am busy with my job ,I didn’t know lubbock glasses place.I just looked google and I give order. Work Take 13 - 14 months and windows still not fit ,not hold.My old windows screens was tight and hold,I was try remodeling for screens. Today I have to replacement all windows system. Tech class make my house windows terrible damage. 1 windows they replaced and I am not able to open now ,if I try open it can be all frame down. They have extremely bad,poor, work,When they touch your windows not fix they are making huge mass up all windows system. When they replace they lost my original part . My house not old ,great location and perfect condition. I have sensitive dust ,I have good condition windows just I try make remodeling and kids broke windows replaced one off them. I paid full for nothing ,results damage my house all windows screens. One windows not hold can be fall any time. Tech glass make to replacement. My original windows was the greatest. I will never paid any place without asking neighbors and friends.

  This business is run very poorly. I’ll never use them. Sent a guy out to give bid. He had no clue what he was doing. The owner had to come out and we still didn’t get what we want. Told us one thing and when it came time to do the job he didn’t want to do it the way we talked about. So I had to hire Horizon Glass to do the job the way I wanted it.

  I had a special request for my sewing machine cabinet. I went to Glass Tech and they helped me out with the project and the service was unmatched. I was very pleased with the cutting project. The time frame was within 2 hours. I will recommend Glass Tech to all that need anything done. Awesome guys.....
