I started out with one design in mind and after she had spent much time and effort researching that design, I realized that design was not going to work. Nichole was so patient and kind to start over with me! She answered all my many questions and she took the time to sit down with me in the store to help me make the final decision. It's hard to put into words how much she did and how much I appreciate her! She is a delight to work with!

It was so important to us that we see a picture of the tile installed in a room. She made sure that we did. The entire showroom is very impressive, but her insistence of helping us look while not being pushy was great. I visited several showrooms in Lubbock. This one is the most attractive with the best staff that I have experience. I can't wait to work with Mandy again. The whole experience was great.
