- MHMonica HoeckerFeb 16, 20261.0Sent them plans to create a lumber package. When we received it, I told my husband (I was alone receiving it) it was too much. Since he was out of town, he called and Kassie, the salesperson, assured us we could return everything we didn't use and that she would fix anything that was wrong. I almost declined to receive it because it was way too much. After everyone arrived to work on the house, we realized that not only was it too much, but the siding was incorrect. They sent too little slats instead they sent panels. Today when my husband finally was able to take the excess back, they declined to take it back, saying we had it for too long and would only accept it after 2 weeks. They also said they wouldn't take custom order items back. Both things we asked Kassie about and were assured wouldn't be an issue. As a result, we didn't even ask to purchase more slats. I'll take my business somewhere more honest.

Was told I could return the excess if necessary, when I try to return it I'm told it has been past 2-3 weeks and no longer returnable. They sold me LVL beams that were date stamped a year ago from when they sold them to me, but anything beyond 3 weeks is too old according to them.
