I had a problem with my septic line being clogged between the house & septic tank. I called Black plumbing service number and a plumbing tech(David) called me back to verify my address. He came to my residence within 30 minutes. I explained the backup & line situation and David resolved the clog within 20 minutes upon arriving. I previously had a problem over a year ago and Black Plumbing resolved the issue in a timely manner. I still give them a full 5 star rating. Lane arrived on time. Very peronable and professional. I showed him my symptoms of toilets and rubs not draining. He immediately knew what to do. He dislodged an obstruction in the drain line going to septic tank. I was very pleasded with his prompt problem solving. He provided a friendly and professional service. I would recommend Black Plummings service and I would call them for future service if needed to.
