  Thank you for the excellent service I received yesterday! Both Ed and John were friendly and answered all my questions about the equipment. Ed was especially fun to chat with. I learned a lot. And Jennifer is a pleasure to speak with every time I get to talk to her, too. It's obvious these employees enjoy working for this company which says a lot. Thanks again!

  Ed was amazing. He was thorough in maintaining our systems. Then at the end, he didn't upsell us. He simply told us the facts about our systems, and his professional recommendations that we needed to consider to ensure our units continue to work the most efficiently. We were really impressed, and we loved that there was no pressure.

  Highly recommend! Juan, Zeus & John arrived early in the morning & did not leave until the job was complete. They were professional, thorough, courteous, friendly, and ensured I knew how to work the thermostat before leaving. I highly recommend going with their monthly member program, it more than pays for itself! In a time where good customer service is hard to find, Action Air employees are outstanding!

  John and Kevin did a great job today performing preventative maintenance at our house. Kevin was very thorough on his evaluation of our HVAC system. The system is 12 years old and we were glad to hear that everything is functioning properly. John was very thorough in his evaluation of our plumbing system. He walked us through some options of some things that we might need to take care of in the near future. I really appreciated the walk-through and the follow up reports sent by both as well. John and Kevin were very professional and they were done within three hours from the time they arrived. We are very thankful to have the Action team ready when we need them.

  First of all I want to thank Marika and her team for their professionalism as this isn’t the first time I call on Action to service my home. She scheduled my AC start up and signed me for the Annual Maintenance membership. Techs Josiah & Ed were very courteous and quickly got to work. Josiah checked the spare bedroom and all the valves throughout including the main water shut off and did a water quality test. He found no plumbing issues. Ed checked the Attic, furnace & AC all working properly. He recommended and installed a drain line switch at the furnace and a surge protector at the AC unit. Josiah & Ed thank you very much for answering all my questions and handling the work without hesitation and understanding. Sincerely, Irene Evans
