    Mike was on point. Ran into a little situation and he ran all the tests to find out why it wasn’t starting and the next day he came in and fixed the problem. Oh, did I tell you, he stayed late when he could have just left and came the next day but he refused until he knew what was going on. I’m very satisfied with the work!!! “I will be recommending him by name to anyone that’s truly interested in getting a Generac.

    Noah Kirk was the best service provider we have had. He was polite, knowledgeable and explained clearly what he would do and also explained the different ways to pay and how to save. He was a pleasure. We even invited him back anytime. Thankyou for providing such fine services.

    Marc was very knowledgeable and polite. He answered questions. He tried to get it up and running but saw a problem he could not fix. Another person is scheduled to come tomorrow .

    He came out on March 8th. Checked the gen. found several issue wrong with the unit. He needed a part, did not carry one in his truck. Hadto pick it up at another location, said he would be back thenext day, which never happened. A week later he comes bavk, discovers the part he replaced did not fix the problem. Said issue was in the motor/fan. Hadto order the part, as of date our gen will not run. If power goes out, we are screwed. I exoect your trucks tobe stocked with parts for these hnits. We paid $27,000 for a unit only 3 yrs old. We also have a maintenance contract making me wounder why they did not find an issue with this unit since the fan broke it messed other parts burnjng them out. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. I
