Ethan the technician was very nice, professional, and accommodating. However, Alex from the call center who scheduled the visit was not. He contacted me via text and would not answer when I attempted to call twice. He requested to move my annual maintenance up 2 months because they had someone in the area. I agreed but only if the tech would be there by 8-8:30 am which he assured me would happen. Alex did not check to see that the tech had over a 2 hour drive to my house and would not be able to arrive until 10 am. I had appointments scheduled myself and the tech ended up having to rearrange his day to accommodate the situation. This needs to be addressed and modifications should be made to scheduling protocol when techs are traveling such a distance.

He identified the problem right away,was very clear in explaining how the system was malfunctioning, and the cause.a bad computer board.Replaced with new board ,refilled the system with salt and restalled our original program restarted the unit.

Update on 10/31. Marc came out to install our monitoring system. He also gave me some tips to look for in different areas of the system. He also changed my test date! Woo hoo. Very professional and friendly.
