  Not sure. He came to the door. I was in the back. The door was open (screen door). He did the work and drove off. He did not come back to porch even though I was standing on the porch while he drove off. Please let me know what he did and if there were any areas I need to be aware of.

  Dustin did alright on making us comfortable with the sale of the Generac, altho there was some issues we was not aware of, but hopefully they are are all done and will try and listen for the Test Run this Wednesday at 2PM. Thanks for asking!

  He’s very knowledgeable and what he does with that being said he told me that the reason I keep having trouble with this generator and this was never told to me when I purchased it was that if the lights go out in the air conditioner kicks on or the heater kicks on or if you open the oven or use it then it doesn’t over speed to the generator. This should’ve been mentioned to me before I purchased this unit. I could’ve got a bigger unit just saying I paid over $5000 for this unit and probably have not used it a total of 10 hours since I’ve had it every time I need it it never works.

  when generator was installed the installers failed to checks on the gas line for leaks. They did not check the nuts that were meter was on the gas meter especially the exhaust. It was loose and leaking, Chris took and tighten the cap nut on the gas meter about 2 complete turns. He then tighten and check all the fittings and was happy with them. H e is a fantastic tech and would want him back anytime . fantastic representative for your company.
