Woods and they were able to get me into their schedule and come see what the issue was. Alex and Bailey did a thorough diagnostics exam and found the problem to be an old fuse to have blown. I had them install the new lamp for us. Both were thorough and communicated very well with me. Very transparent. I recommend C. Woods and ask for a Alex, great worker.

Bryce came out and was very thorough, even showing me exactly where the problem was. Turns out it was on the city's side (the other plumber did not reveal this). Bryce advised calling the city first & if they wouldn't fix, to call him back. We did, and the city fixed it right away. I want to say thank you to Bryce for his honesty & I will always call C Woods for any plumbing issues I have. I will also recommend them to anyone asking for a good plumber.
