  I have used That Window Guy for about 10 years for both my home and business, and they have been nothing short of amazing. They put up the perfect-length Christmas lights every year, take them down, and even store them for us until the next season. The service is always excellent, fast, professional, and incredibly neat. I highly recommend them for any window or Christmas light installation needs. They make the whole process effortless and beautiful every single time!

  Great experience getting all new window glass from That Window Guy!! The men who worked for two days completing the job were professional and really a joy to have around. I could not be any happier with the beautiful work they did. My house feels brand new!!

  Pricing was reasonable and they were able to get to us pretty quickly for cleaning. The worker arrived on time (early as a matter of fact) but texted to let us know they were on their way. Worker was friendly and worked the whole time with no “messing around”. Great work ethic. Windows were clean and they did a great job on the glass. My only “complaint” was we asked for and were being charged for their most thorough cleaning, which was to include the window sills and tracks along with the screens. All windows and outside sills were done, as well as glass inside and out. But as they were working on the screens I realized no windows had been opened at any time to clean out the sills / tracks (where I figured the dirtiest spots were). So I quickly opened some of the taller windows from inside and began wiping them out myself before screens were replaced. (I honestly thought maybe I had misunderstood what would be done and was a little embarrassed to ask - so that’s on me for not being more bold and asking.) Before they finished they apparently saw what I was doing and realized they had forgotten I had requested sills and tracks to be done. So they finished the remaining windows I hadn’t done. (Minus one window that I knew was hard to get to and I assured them I’d do the inside of it myself another day, as they had been here a while and we had someplace to be for an appointment.) Later that afternoon I decided to go ahead and do that window and I also inspected the windows they had done. Although they were wiped out, the cracks / tracks and such still were pretty dirty (which can affect the seal of a shut window) so I went back over all the windows. I’m sure this sounds either like a complaint or me being super picky, or both. And maybe it is. But I’m not complaining, overall I was very pleased with the service I got. The worker was younger and I chalked it up to less experience and gave them the benefit of the doubt. They worked the entire time they were here and for what they did do, they did well. Just not as thorough as I would have done on the sills and tracks. (And that had they not seen me doing a few of the windows- they wouldn’t have been done. But again, that’s on me! I should’ve been more up front in inquiring since I thought they would be done.) Over all, I was very happy with the service, the price, and will use them again in the future!
