  I had a wonderful experience with the team at Landsea in Lariat community, Liberty Hill. Donna was our sales rep and she was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole duration of my clients home purchase. Then we were also blessed to work with Cody, the construction manager during our bluetape and final walkthrough- he was thorough and very pleasant to work with while explaining all we needed to know about the home. I hope I get to work with the Landsea team again!!!

  Excellent experience from start to finish. From Lilly and Donna in the sales office to Cody the construction manager, I received first class attention. Communication was consistent throughout the process. Love my new home! Would definitely recommend!!

  Landsea has been great!!! The home buying experience was so smooth and better than we expected. The team has been amazing throughout the entire process. Friendly, available and willing to help however they can. The home is wonderful and has some great features, that are really accommodating for our family. Thanks Landsea!

  We had the best experience with Landsea while purchasing our first home. Their sales associates, mortgage representatives and superintendent overseeing the build were extremely helpful and accommodating. The process from signage to move-in was flawless. We received communication about the progress of our house often and we continue to be impressed with the quality of the home. Our family is excited to be a part of the Lariat community and make new memories! Thank you Landsea!
