  This neighborhood has tons of amenities but doesn't feel too big. This builder is becoming one of my favorites. The finishes are top notch and the choices are thoughtful. Can't wait to see more.

  I had a wonderful experience with the team at Landsea in Lariat community, Liberty Hill. Donna was our sales rep and she was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole duration of my clients home purchase. Then we were also blessed to work with Cody, the construction manager during our bluetape and final walkthrough- he was thorough and very pleasant to work with while explaining all we needed to know about the home. I hope I get to work with the Landsea team again!!!

  Our builder, Cody was beyond incredible. Anything we needed he was there the same day! He made our experience with buying from LandSea an experience to remember. We will be forever grateful for his help!

  We had the best experience with Landsea while purchasing our first home. Their sales associates, mortgage representatives and superintendent overseeing the build were extremely helpful and accommodating. The process from signage to move-in was flawless. We received communication about the progress of our house often and we continue to be impressed with the quality of the home. Our family is excited to be a part of the Lariat community and make new memories! Thank you Landsea!
