I called the number from the confirmation text a little after 6 and only got a ridiculous AI bot answering service. Your Handyman DFW was a complete no-show. The next morning I received a call from Gordon. No apology - just "Sorry, that was an 'oversight'. Do you want to reschedule?" My recommendation to Gordon is just to man up if you can't meet a scheduled appointment. You knew this appointment was on your schedule, but you just thought ignoring it was better than calling your customer and explaining the situation.
