- TTTri TranAug 9, 20201.0Did not show up on time for installation, no updates, very poor communication, keep getting different excuses why it took so long. First the glass shattered, ok accidents happened. Second, it was due to supplier cut the glass to wrong specs. Here's a hint switch supplier. Why wasn't the glass measured prior coming out? My wife wasted half day for Jeremy (btw MIA most of the time, who is owner and operator) to install the glass to find out the glass was the wrong size. The third time, we were promised that we are on the priority list and they might get the glass later in the week. Nope! So the following week rolls around, I decided to give them a call and got the good news that they received the glass, but the installation isn't available until the following week. I thought we're on the priority list, Not! Ok, we've waited nearly 2 months, what's another couple of days. So on the day of installation, the installer, who is 1.5 hr late, didn't bother to call, didn't seem to care that he's late. I specifically said when the appointment was made, that my wife would be home for the installation, BUT will need to leave at a certain time. I thought I was clear with that regards, but he showed up late as usual. Overall, it was a bad experience and we've made mistake hiring them. The owner doesn't care about our best interest and operated the business very poorly. I would not recommend. I'd rate a "0" if I could!

The guys at LD glass rejected the glass for imperfections from the manufacturer rather than just move forward with the install and we really appreciated their commitment to quality! Once they had good glass, the install went completely as expected. We would definitely use them again.
