- WMWesley MilnerAug 16, 20255.0In 2018, I purchased my home, at that time I paid to have the house leveled. Fast forward to 2024 I noticed the foundation was slipping. I contacted the foundation company and the voided the "lifetime" warranty due to not "watering the foundation". As someone that didn't grow up here in Texas and it being my first home, I've never heard of this before. After the warranty was voided I was stuck. That's when Jorge Orozco and his iFix team came to the rescue. They provided me with a free bid and explained what the other company did, why that fix failed and how he was going to make sure the foundation was fixed properly without having to water the foundation. The day came for iFix to complete the work. Jorge (the owner) showed with 10 people and they all worked very fast to get the job done. Everyone on the team was very polite and friendly. When a pipe broke that was on the outside of the foundation, they stepped up and fixed it with no extra charge.They had the fix completed in one day. Then about a month later I was having issues with another pipe (different than before) and asked Jorge to have someone look at it. Not only did he have someone come fix the issue he again did it at zero charge. In today's world, it's hard to have someone that stands by their work. I would recommend Jorge and the iFix team to anyone! 10000/10 stars!!

Words can’t express how helpful Jorge was with completing a buyers inspection on the property I am looking to buy. From talking me through every one of concerns ( there were lots as a first time home buyer ), taking floor elevation measurements, to crawling through the pier and beam foundation. They were very friendly and professional. Thankfully they did not find anything with the foundation that needed to be repaired and left us with some helpful measurements of the house. We really appreciate their honesty and will definitely be giving them a call back if we ever need their services!
