At first they seemed fine, 6 months after installing, the boards in the bathroom were separating and we had to have them come back out to repair. That was disappointing but not horrible seeing as they did come and rectify it. Fast forward to now, November 2025 and the boards in the master bedroom are literally falling apart and popping up in high traffic areas. We had another guy come take a look and he was shocked to see that they had not leveled our floors before install or used underlayment of any kind. We are way out of their warranty range now and we are going to have the floors replaced now by someone else at a huge expense. The product they used is absolute garbage and clearly, the workmanship is shoddy. We feel ripped off, paying $3600 for floors that have to be replaced less than 4 years later.

They did a horrendous job throughout the entire house and had to come back to try to fix them but admitted they couldn’t and they did a poor job They also did not stand behind their warranty and now I’m dealing with awful floors. Not a reputable company to say the least, save your money and look elsewhere!
