The plumber, Curtis arrived on short notice and was exceptionally professional and courteous in my home. He explained the issue, fixed my shower so it is working correctly despite missing parts in the shower handle (flipper nonsense again) and showed me what missing parts I need and how to install them to make it fully right. He kept this work within the standard service call price. I am exceptionally happy with the service that Curtis provided and I recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have.
