They say it is in stock. Then I call back to make the purchase. A different representative says this brand is not in stock. My handyman is already headed towards the store. Later I was informed that the Bradford White water heater is actually in stock. Absolutely ridiculous. All this could have been avoided if they had the phone numbers to the local stores instead of having a corporate phone.
