We originally went in to learn more about the building process since we were in the market to purchase a house. We spoke to Robert Olveda who gave us more than enough time to ask the many questions we (I) had for him. After our long talk, we figured out that building a home, unfortunately, was not going to workout for our timeline and told Robert thank you and walked away. We felt bummed but were grateful that he was fully invested in our wants and our needs and did not come on strong or pushy but rather informative. Fast forward three months and we get a call from Robert who informed us on an already built house that had just become available. He knew that that this was the house for us. Robert went over every detail we previously talked about and even covered the concerns that I would have had before I asked them. If you are looking for an honest and informative person to help you navigate the complex world of building a home you need to speak to Robert Olveda. Hands down.
