  Davis Septic did an awesome job with my aging septic tank. The guys were polite and were very informative telling me what I needed to do, showing me I had actually had 2 lids/sides to my tank (had no idea), etc. also explaining everything, answered all my questions, etc. Will definitely use them again!

  Davis Septic Services is my new "go-to" septic company. The pump had gone out on my aerobic septic system. I contacted their office and spoke with Kelsy about setting up a service call which she was able to do within one day. It was nice to speak with an office administrator that actually has some knowledge (technical) of the services the company provides and not the typical "I'll pass this on to the technician". Braxton and Cody were my technicians. They both were extremely polite and courteous and respectful of the property. They took their time to explain every step of the process and provided me with a complete estimate PRIOR to beginning the job. Rather than just jumping forward to replacing the pump, Braxton performed every possible troubleshooting measure to keep the costs as low as possible. Unfortunately, the pump did need to be replaced - but it is what it is. They left the work site in exactly the same condition it was before they arrived. I found their honesty/integrity "refreshing" and as a result, Davis Septic Service will be my new company for all of my future septic system needs. Highly recommend!!!! 2/6/2026
