I desperately called on a Tuesday to get a property I manage under a service contract after the original installer continuously dodged my calls. Kelsie wasted no time getting this together for us including contacting the county for answers I didn't know (which were a lot) about the system, getting the maintenance contract drafted, paid, inspected and sent out to ALL the required parties to ensure we were in compliance in less than a week. Now, this week, a different septic system, for a different property, was having issues. Again, I called and again, Kelsie answered the first time- no voicemail, no machine, no third party answering service, no "I'm in a meeting" response. They are getting us taken care of today and we (us and the tenants) could not be more grateful for their quick response time. Davis continues to surpass our expectations, and we will be using them as our top approved vendor for our management and real estate company. Thank you, Davis!!!

The guys were polite and were very informative telling me what I needed to do, showing me I had actually had 2 lids/sides to my tank (had no idea), etc. also explaining everything, answered all my questions, etc. Will definitely use them again!
