  Called late on a Friday and Zachary was here in 45 minutes. He was very professional throughout the process of replacing PRV and performing grinder pump inspection and tank clean. Zachary was very pleasant to deal with…respectful, efficient, patient, knowledgeable. He was here well after dark but completed the job before the weekend and Thanksgiving holiday giving us comfort and peace of mind. Thank you Lantz and Zachary for a job well done!

  They where very responsive and prompt on answering my messages and calling. But the reason for only 2 stars is because they wanted to charge me 60 to 70 dollars just to come give me a quote or estimate. If all company's do this then how is any one suppose to get multiple estimate to properly bid a job when it's 60 to 70 a buisness estimate. That's ridiculous in my opinion. So people are suppose to spend a few hundred dollars to just get estimates from a few different company's? That's what lost them my business. I wanted a water softener system for my house and and ro system installed under my kitchen sink. Not a really small job but not huge either. Luckily I found a couple buisness that don't change for estimates and I'm going with one of those.

  I already knew my leaking water heater needed replacing, the men stopped by to make sure of what exactly I needed They were great, gave me a quote and scheduled it for the next morning. Ivan and Angel showed up on time and got to work and replaced it quickly, did a great job, The supervisor Randy brought some much needed parts. The receptionist is very nice and professional and help me out I will highly recommend him to anyone. I know that needs a new hot water tank. Thank you so much for all you did

  Do you ever put off doing things around your house? Like for decades? How about needing something to add health and well being to your life because entropy never ceases its pursuit? We  needed a reverse osmosis system to knock down every little extra cache of sodium (salt water softener in the house) and a robustly leaky outdoor "faucet/homemade waterfall" that just keeps getting more mortifying and destructive every season. Willie from Lantz is our hero. He arrived exactly when he said he would, solved these issues succinctly, explained to us our naive questions, and was done in lightning fast time.  I love it when people really know their business and are super helpful in the process. Willie is a genuine asset to Lantz' plumbing division.
