GVEC technician checked system and found a system board had power , but wasn't responding. Follow up phone call said part was covered under warranty and we would be notified when it arrives. I am very satisfied with the customer service following up on the repair. Notified via text that technician was in route for repair. Both technicians were outstanding. System working again and follow up phone call was very much appreciated.
