- BBBrandon BallardOct 14, 20251.0Rented a skid steer that was dropped off in August. We called it off for pick up on August 27th. As of today, October 14th, it has STILL not been picked up. They continually state that it’s because there is an issue with the unit.. despite sending out a tech 3 times, it is still apparently unable to be operated. But they don’t seem to care enough to have it picked up via tow truck. I have contacted multiple managers, different representatives, and it’s still sitting on the job site. This job site is a DAYCARE.. and needless to say, the parents of the children that attend the school, as well as the owner, are all infuriated. In anticipation of the first skid steer being picked up when they said it would be, we rented another skid steer. That unit was ALSO called off for pickup, on October 1st. Here we are, 2 weeks later, and it is STILL HERE!! Rent from literally ANYONE or ANYWHERE else!!
