- RDRuel DavisAug 25, 20252.0Does anyone know if this company is still in business??? Bought a house with a system installed by EPS. Previous owner gave me their contact name. Over past TWO months I have now called over 20 times and left my Name, Number and Address with the answering service each and every time. Does NOT matter what time of day, 8am to 8pm: phone goes to "answering service". I cannot get a service call from this company. Any help would be appreciated. Maybe if you have a different number or know these guys personally, tell them to check with answering service for a customer in Orange, Tx. This message is my last resort before searching for another company. I spoke with the owner. I actually wanted to do business. The following response from the owner/employees is 100% FALSE. NOT once did they ever try to make an appointment. I wish him luck in life, but he did NOT need to outright LIE in his response. I was legit trying to get them to service the equipment THEY installed. THIS REPLY IS 100% FALSE. Mr. Davis, actually we have spoken with you several times trying to arrange a time for the service call and every day that we offered you were unavailable to be home at those times. Two of my technicians reached out to you. You specifically stated that you wanted to be there when we showed up to service the system. The last few times they have tried to call you back you dont answer, we only get your voicemail. I looked to make sure and both technicians assured me that they spoke to you after you purchased the home from one of our previous clients.
